Graduate School
The master's program is part of the Graduate School at the Institut de Convergences #DigitAg. It is one of the 13 master's programs offered by the Graduate School.
The #DigitAg Convergences Institute is one of 10 French Convergences Institutes funded under the “Investissements d’Avenir” program. As the only Convergences Institute dedicated to agriculture, it is also the sole Convergences Institute in the Occitanie region and the first within the I-Site MUSE Montpellier University of Excellence. Led by INRAE—which was formed in 2020 through the merger of Irstea and INRA—it was founded in 2017 by 16 founding members.
The #DigitAg Graduate School brings together more than twenty programs offered by the University of Montpellier, Montpellier SupAgro, and AgroParisTech to train the researchers and engineers of tomorrow in fields essential to digital agriculture and to expand its international reach, particularly in the Global South. Its two main missions are to support the creation of new degree programs—both undergraduate and short-term—and to foster connections between master’s programs and theses, as well as between public research and the private sector.
