The DEA (Master's degree) in "Intangible Creations" was founded in 1989 by Professor M. Vivant, professor emeritus at Sciences Po Paris.

Since 2007, the Master's degree in Intellectual Property and Digital Law has been directed by Ms. A. Robin, Senior Lecturer.
Agnès Robin is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier (University of Montpellier). She specializes in intellectual property and digital law (IP/IT) and innovation and research law.
She is the director of LICeM
