Contests

The IP/IT Law Master's program participates in four competitions each year:

  • National Intellectual Property and ICT Moot Court Competition (CN2PI)
  • Sacem-University Award
  • Apram-Universities Award
  • Legal, Media, and Internet Awards
National Intellectual Property and ICT Moot Court Competition (CN2PI)

Students are presented with a case study developed by the organizers of the CN2PI (a different university each year), which they must analyze from both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s perspectives. The topic relates to intellectual property law and information and communication technology (IP/IT).

The students form two teams of three (including two litigants). They draft written briefs and then present their cases before a jury at the end of March.

Sacem-University Award

Students compose a piece on a theme selected by Sacem in partnership with universities.
The preliminary selection takes place in March.
The five best compositions are performed before a jury in early April.

All students are welcome to participate.

Apram-Universities Award

Students write an essay on a topic selected by Apram in partnership with universities.
The selection process takes place in March.
The five best essays are presented to a jury in mid-March.

All students are welcome to participate.

Legal, Media, and Internet Awards

The best thesis in the field of ICT law from the graduating class is submitted to the jury.
