Publications on Intellectual Property Law
Agnès Robin, director of the DPIN Master’s program, is pleased to announce the publication of two books: one to which she contributed this year, and the other which she co-authored with Sylvain Chatry.

▶ Stéphanie Le Cam, Yann Basire, Caroline Le Goffic (eds.), Intellectual Property: Practical Perspectives and Future Challenges, Lefebvre Dalloz, 2025
The white paper *Intellectual Property: Practical Perspectives and Future Challenges* is the result of a unique collaborative effort. We sought to capture a snapshot of intellectual property in 2025 through a variety of informed perspectives: lawyers, legal advisors, academics, representatives of institutions, collective management organizations, cultural and labor union stakeholders… This book offers a dynamic and accessible overview of the major issues facing intellectual property today.
Accessible, rigorous, yet also engaged, this White Paper is intended for legal professionals and academics as much as for decision-makers and creators. It constitutes a rich mosaic of diverse perspectives, an invitation to think about and build the future of intellectual property together.

▶ Agnès Robin and Sylvain Chatry, Introduction to Intellectual Property: Unity and Diversity, Bruylant, Paradigme Series, 5th ed., 2025.
The presentation of intellectual property begins with an overview of its history, sources, institutions, and functions (Part I). It is then examined in its theoretical context through an analysis of its legal structure (Part II). Finally, it is now appropriate to present the synergy of intellectual property rights, which manifests itself both through the interconnection of intellectual property rights with one another or with other rights and through the attraction of intellectual property regimes (Part III).
This book is intended for Master’s students taking courses in intellectual property law, as well as for practitioners and academics interested in re-examining the subject in light of contemporary issues and challenges.
Foreword by Michel Vivant, afterword byAndré Lucas.
